Breathe for Impact Circle is an intimate micro-retreat where a transformational breathjourney opens space for release, clarity, and reconnection, held in the power of shared presence.

These sessions are for those ready to go deep to rise high. Transformational Breathjourneys are powerful catalysts for personal insight and healing into wholeness —helping you create positive change for yourself and the world around you.

A guided meditation to center your mind.
A reflection focused on the session’s theme.
A transformational breath journey to unlock clarity and release tension.
Community sharing to foster connection, belonging and mutual support.
A semi-private group with only 8-10 people

This is not a walk-in class. It can be an intense and deep experience and I recommend you book early and plan for this evening ahead of time.

What is a Breathjourney?

Transformational Breath Journeys weave together ancient wisdom, therapeutic non-ordinary states of consciousness, and modern science. Through deep, conscious connected breathing—supported by music, gentle coaching, and somatic awareness—you are invited to access the body’s innate intelligence and capacity for healing.

Each journey is unique. Your body leads, revealing the sensations, emotions, and insights that are ready to emerge at this moment in your life. No prior experience is needed, and skepticism is welcome. Your breath does the work; all that is asked is a willingness to feel and to let go.

Your body is your teacher.

Seeschau - a sanctuary in Zurich

Where it takes place

Seeschau – House of Arts in Erlenbach is a light-filled, tranquil sanctuary directly on the shores of Lake Zurich, where water, light, and quiet elegance create an ideal setting for deep and transformative breath journeys. The space invites you to arrive, soften, and reconnect—held by nature and refined simplicity.

Getting there:
By car, follow Seestrasse from Zurich Bellevue towards Rapperswil; after the main traffic light in Erlenbach, take the first left turn. Eight private parking spaces are available on the right, marked Im Zoller / Seeschau.

By train, take the S6 or S16 from Zurich to Winkel station, then walk along the lakeside towards Zurich for about 5 minutes.
