Meditation on Interbeing

This meditation is intended to bring your awareness to sense your profound interconnectedness with all of life. Remembering our interdependence forms the foundation for creating change from a place of interbeing and connection, rather than ego and separation.

Please find a sitting position that is comfortable and where you can also keep your spine straight. If you can, I recommend that you sit on a chair or on a cushion with your hips higher than your knees. Balancing your spine freely without support will help you stay alert. However, if this position creates too much tension in your body, you can try to lie down or lean your back against a wall or chair. I also recommend turning off your devices and, if needed, let other people know not to disturb you during the next twenty minutes.
