A Stunning Location
In marvelous La Rosa
The retreat takes place at marvelous La Rosa Dei 4 Venti in Puglia, an ancient 17th century Monastery and “Masseria” (farmhouse), located a short distance from Martina Franca, a town halfway between Adriatic and Ionic Sea.
The beautiful private retreat center includes:
- Manor house with a wide dining patio area
- 10 rooms, double or single use
- Large and bright Yoga Shala
- Wide glass gazebo room overlooking the open garden
- Private forest with a meditational path in the woods
- Swimming pool and various quiet areas to relax and meditate
- Delicious food, alkaline vegan, vegetarian and gluten free

Main Airports/Stations:
- Bari Airport 1h30min from the Retreat Center. Directions
- Brindisi Airport 55min from the Retreat Center. Directions
- Fasano Train Station (there are direct night trains from Milan).
- Ground transportation available 24h from/ to any destination needed/required.
The retreat center will be used exclusively by our group (maximum 15 people). The price includes full board 7 nights, including accommodation, brunch, dinner, non-alcoholic beverages, wifi, as well as all yoga and mindfulness instructions. Excluding alcoholic beverages, massage and shuttle.

I am teaching this retreat with my dear friend of over 20 years, Constanze Lullies, a coach and teacher specializing in personal transformation, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. With over two decades of experience in yoga, mindfulness, and personal development, she blends ancient traditions with modern science to support others on their journey of growth.
A certified yoga teacher (RYT® 500), mindfulness teacher (MMTCP), and health coach, Constanze is currently advancing her studies in systemic counseling at the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich. She holds degrees from the London School of Economics and the University of Cambridge and is a founding board member of Momento.
Beyond her work, Constanze finds joy and wisdom in her ten-year-old twins—her “live-in Zen masters”—as well as in her supportive husband, family, and close-knit community.
